Natari Integrated Kogi
The Natari Group company delivering the Natari x Kogi Cashew Project — Nigeria’s most advanced, fully-automated, zero-waste cashew processing complex, built on 20.154 hectares in Lokoja, Kogi State.
Processing Nigeria’s Harvest, In Nigeria
Nigeria is Africa’s 4th-largest cashew producer, yet less than 10% of the annual harvest is processed domestically — over 90% is shipped away raw, with the value captured abroad. Natari Integrated Kogi Ltd exists to change that. From the heart of Nigeria’s most productive cashew corridor, we are building a 200 TPD (tonnes per day) processing complex in three milestone-gated phases, using VCM Vietnam machinery under Thai EPC oversight, with Saencharoen Trading 2018 Co. Ltd. (Bangkok) formally mandated as Business & Factory Consultant.
Full processing capacity — 60,000 MT of raw cashew nut per year at full operation.
Project site in Lokoja, Kogi State — the geographic heart of the RCN belt.
$68M programme, starting with an $18M Phase 1. Revenue funds the next phase.
Kernels, CNSL oil, testa fertiliser and biomass fuel — four revenue streams, nothing discarded.
Why This Project Matters
Direct jobs created at full operation.
Smallholder farmers gaining better prices for their harvest.
Value uplift per tonne retained in Nigeria instead of exported raw.
Kogi State’s 2030 domestic processing target — we are the flagship step.

With the formal EPC mandate executed in January 2026 and Front-End Engineering Design completed in February 2026, the project is permitted through KSTPDB with a COREN-certified pathway, and backed by active government relationships including NEPC export expansion support and Kogi State’s processing agenda.
